I have a nice little 'private' collection of videos with me starring with beautiful ladies from:

It is very much hit and miss. I guess it comes down to how comfortable they are with themselves and with what they are doing. Some girls, no matter how strong my connection with them, will not pose for a photo, let alone a video. Others will literally turn the camera on and put it in my hands the first time I get them back into my room!
For those thay do, some will demand a specific amount beforehand, while others are just happy with a tip. I the most I have paid was $100USD extra, all the way down to $0 (included in price).
For those that don't, I never pressure them. 1, because they will not really be into it and the video and the sex will be crap, and 2, because I sympathise with them - I do not want a sex video of mine getting out and being seen by friends/family or even strangers - you could not pay me enough! My videos are for me and me alone.
It definitely pays to build up a raport before bringing out the camera - derrick21 hit the nail on the head when he said it was about trust. I find it is good to explain why you want the video (most girls just don't get porn, do they?) - I usually am up front and jsut say that when I get lonely and horny I like to watch my little videos of my time with a beautiful sexy woman (Yep - flattery is always good). Sometimes I find myself repeating, "Only for me" and "No internet!" several times to convince them.
I have also started asking the girls up front about pics on the internet - I explain that I can post pics on a forum and that may lead to increased customers for her. Some will go for it, some not. It is up to them - I'm happy that I got my pics or video and they can be happy because I will honor their wishes. It's just you guys that miss out... 
One last thing - hidden cameras are way out of line IMHO! It's probably illegal in most countries and if you are hiding a camera in your room I think you really need to take a long hard look at yourself!
