Mineral water before the action (about 300ml) and small sips in between the
shots (150ml or so?). Undoubtedly, you need the hydration for such a 'sport'.
After the love, a pint of guinness or dark stout beer/bitter (but not a lager)
goes down well. Refreshing and revitalising.
Back to the hydration regime about 2 hours after to keep the system well-oiled. | |
