I think if they say 'Public Holidays Off' it is quite literal.
Usually, if they don't work on Sundays, they would
state quite specifically that they don't work on Sundays.

Best to give them a call if they put a number up. They
may not always be in even if its a weekday when they
are supposed to be working.
