I think that this picture was taken at the Beijing Olympics. The wrestler in blue is Japanese but I don't know what nationality the wrestler in red is. However she could be Chinese as she is wearing red which makes it even more controversial  (think of "War of Resistance Against Japan" - "Japan's invasion of China")
