I did not mean a formal complaint, I meant calling 999 and saying that they are forcing 14 year olds to work there and then hanging up, or maybe claiming someone was hurt just to fuck with them back.
We didn't get any media in the states because we have crazier shit going on daily. The worst one recently? Some crazy bitch drove while high on weed and alcohol in a minivan with 4 kids in the car on the freeway going the wrong direction at 100kmh and slamming into an oncoming SUV with father and son going at about the same speed. In the end, ALL DEAD minus one 5 year old boy. NYC has so much fucking violence on a daily basis, we don't need to look into other violence unless it's some Korean college kid in Virginia killing 30+ students because he felt jaded by life.
