Some stats ...
From my experience you are more likely to get them to agree to DATY than fingering … perhaps too many brother’s with long fingernails?
I am a major muff diver -- in the instances where I didn’t try the girl didn’t turn me on sufficiently; or she simply didn’t look appetizing down there …

After looking at the list I can only conclude that DATY is available EVERYWHERE, and isn’t restricted to a certain type of location … YMMV.
