What's with the fakes???
OK this question's bothering me
Why on earth would any bro post a fake report???
I mean, this forum is extraordinary valuable
It's
- even faster than CNN
- even more fun than youtube
- even more accurate than a Which? report
... so why mess with it?
It's not that way by accident either - it's good entirely because of extraordinary dedication and hard work of a bunch of volunteers. So why would anyone
a) think they can get away with a fake report?
b) disrespect the readers by trying to cheaply mislead them?
c) disrespect everyone who makes a genuine report by abusing their right to post?
Beats me ... the vast majority of reports here are 100% genuine, original, and a valuable contribution. But, a few are not.
... since we've not discussed it here before, I'm expect your strong contribution  ...
What's your take? Any insight into this sort of behavior? | |
