Cat III films and plenty of adult-themed websites in HK show nips and pubes, so I don't think a need to comply with the law is what's behind this. (Hell, you can see nipples everywhere in European advertising!) But if the site owners have decided that pixellating these areas of the female anatomy will somehow shelter them from legal scrutiny - a position more akin to superstition than logic - then there isn't much we the users can do about it. But just think how much better the world would be without this nonsense!
Well, I knew this thread wouldn't lead to anything; but I wanted to work within the system, give the authorities a chance to show they actually care about the little guy. But they chose to ignore me!
