Remember to always put short comments such as this as Ratings, not as replies. The link is in the bottom right of the text box. There are reasons for this -
1) ratings give recognition to the poster. 1 karma = 1 Credit, so it helps others build their own credit rating / reading access level. At Nookie Newbie you can only give +1 Acceptance which is
nearly worthless (50 A= 1K) - but it shows effort on your part and is more likely that the poster will repay you with karma for your future posts, helping you level up in return. Remember to be generous with karma once you're a Musky Member and above.
2) one liners are considered "flooding" and is not welcomed by most forum members. In recent weeks, there have been several instances of Nookie Newbies posting things like
"hey thanks, wanna try
"
or
"gonna be there next week
"
or just
"can I have her WeChat".
This often gets negative karma, and if your credit rating goes below zero your access level drops to 1 as a "Buggered Beggar".
