Well.... reports ain't what a lot of guys would classify my threads as being!!

But all you need to do is to click on my handle and then click the search button on my profile page and all my threads will come up. But just because they cannot be classifid as "pure" reports does NOT mean that I think they are NOT true masterpieces!  LOL!!  yeah yeah yeah....LOL!

I do NOT do any Hong Kong reports per se as I do NOT do much punting here - I do most of it in China and whenever I travel to other locales.

Well back to my curiosity, i would think the senior members here would have been pretty much been covering the hong kong scene since god knows when, you know, something like founding fathers?

well, i just remembered that i could see how 'old' you are by looking at the registered membership date, and from there  it's seems you're truly then one of the realllly 'old' seniors here, old enough to be a 'founding father'! lol. i wonder if there are any more whom are much 'older' then you here.

back to the reviews question, i'm pretty sure the older (in terms of membership seniority) members on this site sure did much reviews in the past (and yes im referring to you as well SEAJ), would be nice to simply chat up with a senior here and get some quick and brief account on his reviews rather than trawling through the forum archives painstakingly for the much much older reviews. Would have been interesting to read the old reviews.

Look at Member's list - this lists out ALL the members and you can sort this list at the bottom:
Sorted by: Credits - Username - Gender - Reg. Date - Manage Status

And you can see the various member's status, achievements etc.  Believe that the oldest and still posting members are Cunninglinguist and Weelock - who's actually #69 member here!  LOL!

"Statistics" will also give you quite a bit of insight into this forum - things like that this particular thread is now #8 Top replied thread on the forum  (not bad huh?  after only being up 16 days!) or that at one time and for the looooongest time, amongst the top replied threads was a "Mod Only" thread that was titled "SEAJ and Gang" ROFLMAO!!

This particular "achievement" of mine should give you a very good idea that your presumption of me as being some kind of "Founding Father' is way way WRONG!!! LOL!

Anyway, if any of you are interested to find out more about this forum, I do recommend that you do go thru some of these forum tools!  Good thing to do when you cain't go to sleep!

YES. we are spoiled for choice. and it wasn't always this way.

i briefly joined this forum years back, but didn't participate. at that time i'd only had a couple of 141 encounters and it wasn't setting my hair on fire. i was having much better luck in the Mongkok knocking-shops, and i didn't see much info on the forum (but i DO remember ChickenChoppa, cuz i like his avatar (it's the same chicken) and his nickname just makes me laugh for some reason).

note that Choppa joined in '07 and is member #400, and when i joined last yr i was #56,xxx. so, the collected wisdom of those who REPORT and if possible, POST PIX, has grown exponentially in just a few years. with this info, 141 becomes more interesting.

but information is useful: look at SEAJ's observation on how bros are now POSTING about B&S tactics, and how the balance-of-power has shifted. i hope they're doing it on the Chinese side too...the agents must realize by now that we are less likely to fall for a B&S. we just might walk, because if we're in any major area there are walkups, other numbers stored in our mobile phones, etc. we are gentlemen who are happy to be gracious, wait a reasonable amount of time, pay the agreed-upon fee, and will tip for good/excellent service. we will NOT stand for bad service, unreasonable waits, and B&S BS!

141 is far from an exact science, but we can have a pricey sauna/HG experience (maybe with an actual Japanese gal, saving that one for my birthday!), or try some Thai at some places becoming known for these lovely SE Asian ladies. maybe in the future a VN scene will open up (lots in Macau, but i'm Hongkongside). and, we know that if the situation is unreasonable, we can always WALK--although do yr best to preserve "face" for all concerned. try getting this level of service in any other major city...OK i'm gonna rule out Bangkok for that one.
