I read year's ago where the girl heard the equipment and after discovering she was being filmed went to the cops. She was not a working girl, just dating. This was in USA and cops found quite a library of various girls. It made the papers even here in OZ and the guys dating days were pretty dismal after he was outed. Non consensual sex filming is illegal in the UK since 2004, max sentence two years. In Australia NSW has an indecent filming offence also max two years jail for non consensual filming. Various states in the USA have "voyeur" laws they can prosecute.

It happens all the time here in Asia (I can think of several cases in HK, Taiwan and Japan) where a girl is kidnapped, stripped and photographed in humiliating poses, then blackmailed to buy the photos from the creeps. You only hear about the cases that are reported to the cops, so I presume it happens even more frequently than one would guess from the news reports. Anonymous web postings have only made this type of crime easier.

My feeling is that secretly filming a girl with whom you're having sex and then posting the pics on a website is betrayal and seriously sleazy.

But in Thailand .... they always happy to photo taken .... I never get refused .

I used to take a lot more pics as well as videos - kind of like a souvenir from a great fuck. They certainly reinforce the memory. The movie function on cameras or phones certainly came in handy many times - some girls just simply don't mind and have had some great clips as in the porn movies.
