OK - which place has got as much heat and humidity as Hong Kong in the Summer - but all year round?
Of course Thailand - and that's where my cure for all sorts of rashes and itches came from. A Thai friend of mine recomended this "all purpose" talcum powder which most Thais swear by - Snake Brand prickly heat powder - and now I use it quite religiously every day, especially during the summer.
It comes in all sorts of sizes and thus I have varying sizes for use at home, at the office, for traveling etc - and they're CHEAP! If you cannot go to Thailand to buy it, you can go to most SE Asian provision store in Hong Kong and they should also carry it.
