I've had this conversation with way too many close friends that I know punt- and NEVER talk about this with friends that don't.  The simple fact is that genetically, men are geared to spread our seeds as much as possible.  And we want to do it with young women cause they will have the energy and physical well being to take care of our off spring.

That's why in sooo many cultures, men have multiple wives, including Chinese men.  So like many of you, being of Chinese ancestry, it hasn't even been 3 or 4 generations since our forefathers had multiple wives / concubines.  That's not a lot of time for our DNA and brain to catch up to what the new normal moral standard is.  I blame it all on the dominance of Judeo-Christian believes.   The white guys won out and we all are following it.

But no- it has very little to do with getting married young.  Even if you had a massive amount of fun until you settle down and have kids in your 40s- you're still gonna look at young hot chicks and think of the possibilities.  You may not do anything about it, but it's probably due to other reasons (time, old age slowing you down, money, etc)
