Yes - that is what I'm thinking too. After all, the IRD has an indecently high conviction rate of low 90%'s on all cases they bring to court.
The guy's now out on $5 million bail and not due back to the court until March.
Actually amongst all this - I really wonder how his wife and children are faring. I know that they had been enjoying the "fruits" of this guy's manipulations, but they way he did it and what he had been trying to do!!
