What's the protocol here?

Can we bargain with agent? Has anyone tried?

I'm specifically looking to try one of the Korean/Japanese/local chicks, and they're a bit more expensive than I'd like. I'm trying to bring the price down - but anyone tried and had any luck? I suppose the agent wouldn't mind if the phone lines aren't busy - it's (some) money after all...?

E.g., - I'm trying to bring the "$1,200" girls down to $800 - $1,000. And the $1,600+ girls down to $1,200. Would that be fair?

I've tried to bargain the papasan for an overnight...didnt work- charged me the standard 3x rate.  I may be paranoid, but I think the WG knew and thought i was cheap and I didnt get the ususal GFE that I get or expected.  Have never bargained since.

i wouldn't bother with bargaining... its like an insult think of it this way if you were a gigalo and women tried to bargain you down... would you not feel insulted?, and your experiance with not be good just pay the price and enjoy otherwise if you're too cheap go for low rate ones....

i agree..i've tried once and it didn't out too well..i think they set a price for a reason and it shouldn't be bargained down. some girls take it very offensively.

Bottom line is they know the market and set their price because they're willing to say "no".  

If you become a regular you might get some breaks, but don't count on it ... a girl that gives a 'discount' is usually expecting to get it back at a premium through gifts or 'loans' or other ways.  

As icecube says, unless you're really playful about it, the risk of causing offense is not worth taking - being cheap will get you cheap service more times than not.  And if there's an agent in the loop, forget it completely - the only reason he's there is to be a gatekeeper who keeps prices high.  

The exception that proves the rule:-
  you're in a walkup
  the door you wanted is busy or doesn't answer
  her neighbour opens the door and invites you in - SHE is doing the asking ...
  at that point you can say "no" to her price, and start walking away with an appreciative smile ...
in that scenario there's a good chance she'll reduce her price ... assuming you have a relationship with her competitor rather than rejecting her on her own merits ... but you probably still want to accept her second offer in order to keep the upper hand in generosity and obligation.

Yeah, don't bother bargaining unless you have some leverage (unpopular girl or you're a regular), otherwise, they can easily tell you to buzz off and she'll just take the next customer that pays full.

You might ask for additional services like CIM as part of the rate but why bother to negotiate as it sets a bad vibe right off the bat...

at the end of the day stop being a cheap so and so..... if you want it, you pay for it if you are too cheap, theres a free option for ya.... go online watch porn and shoot some airplanes!

these agents have been around for a long time... and prices are set according to demand. as long as someone is willing to pay, they will not let you bargain. in fact, over the years, prices have gone up, and they still get good business... PRC used to be 600-700-800, now 800-900... JG used to be 1,200 now 1,700-1900.

and given that this is HK, I'm sure a lot of shrewd people have tried. the fact that prices have not gone down and in fact gone up should help you answer your own question

Certainly. But some days demand might be lower - or the girl may not be busy. I was thinking maybe the agent wouldn't mind as long as he gets some money in - sort of like 'lunch sets' that restaurants serve.

Although having said that, I can see that would set a precedent that he'd have to adhere to as well!

In any case, nevermind - I'll manage with the regular prices and won't bargain down.

With regards to the local girl, I find them hotter than a few of the mainland Chinese girls (that work). I'd be interested to seewhat sort of 'quality' is on offer. I haven't tried or seen a review for one yet.

you're right in thinking you can get better deals on off-peak times

but - as with any business - they will give their best deals to their best customers.  Think 'frequent-flyer points', or Smartone's customer loyalty plan.  You can get a free upgrade from an airline, but only if you've already travelled with them more often than everyone else on the flight.  

Read the reports ... plenty of accounts of bros getting called by their favourite agent to meet a new arrival, etc. ... very few reports of bros getting offered a discount as an unknown

in case the girl is not busy or does not attract enough customers a day they might be relegated from HG to Phone Appointment. Means less cut for the girl and lower cost for agent and lower price overall

1.the whole mongering they is already cheap compared to the tangible and intangible costs involved with having a girlfriend, wife, kids, lawsuit, divorce, lawyers, alimony, child support, in-laws etc.

2.it's offensive to the girls, and makes me feel cheap

3.it usually ruins the mood, pisses off the girl, and as a result they will give subpar service

the only time I try to bargain with them is to see if I can pay more money for better service i.e. some of the walkout will say "no kissing" or no DATY.I find that offering a nether hundred or so on top of their asking price will usually change their mind

you summed it up pretty good..and especially the prices they charge compared to NA..it's definitely a bargain.

i use the same mentality as gambling at the casino
i'm only prepared to lose 'x' amount (what i can afford) and that's it

when mongering, if their asking price fits your budget, then so be it
i don't think its worth jeopardizing the 'pleasure' the lady provides
especially if they think your too cheap and won't be expecting a tip
