Yes, there ARE different places with notable "greatness" as far as punting is concerned but, IMHO AND as per my expericne, I've had really great sex/time at places NOt really known as "sex" centers.

And the difference to me is the friends/crowd that you're running with;  THIS, at least to me - makes all the difference.  I mean as an example, my FIRST Paid sex experience I had was in Singapore of all places - when at that time I though that Singapore was a very Strait laced place.

And "muslim country" towns like Kota Kinabalu or Kuala Lumpur - again great times there.

Definitely Chang Ping where I go to quite often these days and the surrounds of dongguan i.e. chang An, Tangxia, Dalang etcv - as my #1 these days
#2 would be Phuket as I love being able to go to Patong to get the darker Issan gals or to Phuket town for the lighter skinned ones - and just as quickly, retreat back to the nicer, more relaxed areas of Phuket i.e. Surin/Bang Tao/Laguna and do regular things without the Sex in your face all the time.
#3 is Macau for top of the line quality - but of course it CAN Be quite costly - especially when I do lose at the tables!

once again this is another question that will fall into racial lines:

for whiteys - Philippines and Bangkok will be at the top.  Doubtful if any Asians will have these 2 at the top of their list, unless they are total bananas.

For white girls, Europe is the best place. I've never had a WG in Amsterdam (usually too stoned!), but Hamburg, Germany is pretty damn awesome. There's a closed off street near the Reeperbahn called Herbertstrasse. There are some hot girls in there, but the sex is ok in my experience. I don't think there are any good options in California for white girls, honestly.  Maybe just keep an eye out on Craigslist.  Occasionally, there will be a nasty college student who needs a few bucks once in awhile, and will offer herself one or two days a month.
