I have to say Montreal is probably unmatched in terms of value, attractive women, good English language skills for better GFE. Agencies usually place you in a new apartment building, and that remains the gold standard for me. For Hong Kong I still haven't tried hotel girls yet, but based on walk ups and spas I'm starting to favor spas instead of walk ups. Cleaner, more discrete, and overall more pleasant. Service also tends to feel a little more GFE. I've never really had a walk-up experience that I enjoyed from start to finish. The only good thing is that you have a little more control over what the girl looks like. But to me Montreal agencies are the gold standard, I'll try a hotel girl soon but I see so many bad reviews. If anyone has a good agent they can recommend I will go with that.
