3P is technically illegal but it happens quite often in many establishments. My question isn't limited to HK however. Even in Macau I never experienced this however.

I tried 3P in Macau before. However, nothing like what you wish for. Pretty much just 2 girls in the room but each one taking turns. So you'll have one girl that preps the tub while you bang one of the girls. Then after the wash, you switch to the other. Only thing they might do together is a simple veggie massage.
