#3 Post at 13-3-2007 15:22  Profile P.M.  Font size: S M L If you live in Hong Kong, you know that the buildings don't have heaters.  So when the temperatures go down to 50 degrees Fahrenheit, it feels a lot colder than that because of the lack of heating.  I've found that many of the women don't like cold at all so they have their own fan heaters to keep the room warm for themselves and their customers.  So when you see it, that really means they have a heater in the room .
