Sauna's aiming far too down market for me, nevertheless, the London Street Sauna get's a very good reputation, consistently hear good things about it from people I trust and know, £50 buys you apparently "the best" Edinburgh has to offer: I still challenge this but haven't the connotation to visit!
When comparing to London though, all else simply doesn't: you do pay a premium but the little place houses the most pretty girls, working or not, I have ever seen in the world, including my all time favorite "Dancer", Katiyana (yes, she is real):
