This makes sense, especially the early in the day advice. Probably one advantage us out of towners have over the locals is we may not need to juggle work (or a lunch break) with play (Mon - Fri). It's easy to start ringing early and to line something up for circa 12 noon+. Also, if you click with the WG you can arrange face-to-face to meet later in the day for an extended time, or an overnight at your hotel (maybe as a private transaction and).
