lol same thing happened for me.  it's amazing how much you can store.  of course your load isn't really a months worth because your body will release some naturally if you don't open up the pipe so to speak.

I've looked this up quite a bit and here are some comments...

- Semen increasing supplements that you see online don't work.  That should be obvious, but I'll just repeat it here.  Don't waste your money on them.

- Zinc and lecithin: Semen naturally has zinc and lecithin in it, but that doesn't mean that when taking these supplements all of it will go down to your lil bro.  Like with any food/vitamin/nutrient, your entire body absorbs it.  You can't pick and choose where certain nutrients go.  Another example is beta carotene which helps in eye health, but eating more carrots doesn't mean that your eyesight will improve -- it just maintains its good health.  Zinc is also related to prostate health, which could be where this urban legend came from.

- Depending on which reports and studies you read, semen will take 2-4 days to replenish fully.  However, if you know your own personal experience then you know that this might not necessarily reflect you.  The best way to build up a huge load is not to release any for a while, and a while can be anywhere from a few days to a few weeks.  But know that sperm does naturally get released and die as well, just like your own cells, so not having orgasm in a month won't mean that the next time you do you'll be able to fill an entire bucket.

Yep, vitamins make no difference in my experience.  Like TL said, hydration (or rather the lack thereof) is the only thing that can, perhaps, reduce a load of splooge or lengthen reload time, but that's purely subjective experience on my part.

Of course a good BBBJ warm-up never hurt . . .
