Say the punter may be so disappointed with the service he doesnt want to pay or does not have any money to pay, so he tries to do a runner. What happens? Is this likely to be reported as a crime to the police (with evidence such as outside door video camera) ??? or in the case of HG what is the papasan likely to do, do these papa's have contacts with triads, gangsters to come find and whip you? I doubt that HG's, papasans, and 141 girls pay taxes on their earnings so reporting to the police may not be so wise - also in this industry there is perception that seems as though people involved like to stay away from police..?

For non-satisfaction, I have buddies who have complained about the services they had with HGs and papa will only give verbal reassurance that the next time will be ok.
