it's all the luck of the draw, sometimes if the WG is not done with the previous punter, you'll have to wait, whether you're a regular customer or not.  of course the papasan will make the call and push the WG a little bit more if you're one of his regulars.

Is it possible to get any of the Hotel reservation girls over to my Hotel room, lets say in a five star hotel? would they send the girl by taxi to my hotel?

No, and I think this is pretty clearly spelled out in the FAQ as I wondered the same thing when I was a newbie and the FAQ provided the answers.  "Hotel Reservation" most commonly means that you go to her hotel.  You can certainly ask for an "outcall" you YOUR hotel but it will cost more and is not common.  You'll see a fair number of girls with ads that say"Available for Overnight" meaning that she'll come to your hotel AFTER she's done working for the evening at HER hotel.

If you want to have her over for the sake of convenience then I'd say you shouldn't worry about that.  The ads all state the girl's neighborhood and it's pretty damn easy to get around HK.  Pick a girl in the neighborhood of your hotel and call or text the Agent for an appointment and off you go.  Seems to work pretty well IMHO.

There's also the pickup joints around Lockhart Rd and in TST, but that will take more time than a simple HG reservation.

probably not a great idea to have the WG report to your hotel room, especially if it's a B&S, you're almost stuck with her. you could reject her, but since she knows where your room is, I wouldn't take the chance to upset the travelling WG..
