I plan to fly in Sat evening into HK, the ferry to Macau. Would like to book Sauna experience for the nite, leaving in morning for Sunday flight out of HK. Do I need a hotel room or can I utilize the sauna for sleeping after my fun?

You can always check in the case for your next flight to save you carrying it around. Also, you can travel by ferry from the airport to Macau and vice-a-versa. Check th Macau FAQ, as Froddo has updated the content that includes ferry travel times fromand to between the airport and Macau.
