1. how long is the normal time for the whole package service?
2. will they rush to finish it? because I am thinking to have longer time to do the warming up and enjoy it.

We will never rush you ... take whatever time you feel necessary to warm up here, you will find
some bros here also needs a longer time period to warm up but when they do they just start
posting, posting, posting .... and I hope it'll be the same for you !

time is money.  They generally don't rush but the faster you finish, the better.  Most people want to do less work for more money; logical right?

Can you negociate for a period of time, say 90 minutes, or will that request just generate a blank stare? I enjoy longer sessions with a more relaxed pace and I'm wondering if a 141 walkup can provide that.

Unless you're on a mission I'd say it's better not to negotiate.  Issue is that way you are sure to pay more.  And it's so much more fun to do everything you can to delay the inevitable while she's doing everything she knows to make you pop!!

Most are officially 45 minutes, but at a busy time they will try to get you satisfied sooner, and at a quiet time will take as long as you want.  

Best way is to show up in the afternoon when business is quiet.  Between 2:30 and 4pm is good ... that way neither of you feels she might be losing business.  You can just relax and be yourself, taking your merry time about it.  
Then you show your genuine charm and attentiveness, in my experience very few of the walkup girls watch the clock.  Or maybe they love my charm and attention!!

You can also get longer sessions by becoming a regular.  Frankly there are girls I definitely would NOT want an extended session ... going to see a favourite makes it so much more meaningful!  

Every rule its exceptions of course: I once was with a girl who was running on a 1/2 clock ($250), and I did a double session with her (2Q) rather than have her lose business.

Sometimes you find that a WG offers massage or BM and whole package for 90 min....   that could be a deal for you.
If "massage + HJ" is in 90 min, you may convince her with all your charme that the "massage + full package" takes 90 min as well.
Worked twice for me and each time it was a pleasure to have a nice oily boddy massage first :-)
