No, I don't masturbate at home nor do I take any medications. I don't purposely hold it in, but it's just that it doesn't create enough excitement to ejaculate. Like milky said, try to find a magic position that makes you cum fast(er). There are a few positions I avoid unless I'm going for the finish, as I know I won't last long. I think the solution for you is a bit counter-intuitive. Everyone is suggesting different poses that bring more pressure/tightness.

You say you can come easily with bbbj in 5-10 mins but not so easily pumping the old pussy even after 30 mins. Basically you don't need more pressure/tightness, you need a pussy that allows your dick to stroke in/out smoothly. I actually have a similar problem too.
