During my visit to HK, I've noticed that many of the Agents you speak to book HGs are really friendly.
They speak to you in a very courteous manner and treats like how your friend would treat you.
Their attitude is that of a realtor agent or waiter.

Ex1 : They always refer to you as 'boss'
Ex2 : In Cantonese, there are multiple ways to ask the same question,
       they always choose the most courteous words and ask you questions
       in the most polite way possible.
Ex3 : Their tone is similar to how I would talk to my friends.

I remember making my first punt call and expecting to talk to some
mean sounding 50 year old man. Man I was totally wrong.

One of my friend here in USA was a former agent in HK, and he is
one of the friendliest and nicest friend I have met.

Does anyone agree with me? Please share your thoughts.

The agents (mama/papa) I used to dealt with are all muthafuckas and I always fuck em up on the phone.

This is so funny. With the image this trade carries of agents with puffy red eyes from no sleep smoking cigarettes, having guns and potential links to drugs, looking at that 1st photo is just fucking funny. hunters pic is just even more funny I cant stop laughing. What would be intersting to know is if "agents" you speak to on the phone are the real boss or does the real boss just hire receptions for phone work? I suppose it must get busy with so many girls, customers, unique phone numbers, managing time at the same time as hotel rooms etc. must be a big management aspect to this that also eats the profit?

If the bosses indeed hire receptions for phone work, that would quite explain the friendliness and professionalism.

can't say that I agree (with the original poster)  Most of the HK hotel agents I have dealt with are assholes.  The notable exception being James Bond.

Man, I am on the other side of the phone and i dont give a shit where they are. Prolly around the corner.

Once this papa, offer me a pork chop. Raise my voice and throw him some sarcasm "What do you think I am? Pork chop lover? Go and eat her yourself." (in canto).
I recalled he replied, that;s what u ordered. I said "Diu Nei!!! Who want to fuck a Pork Chop!! Hang up!!"

Another mama, make me waited for 30 mins, and finally replied, sorry your gals not available. "Then, why the fuck you you make me stand on the street. Just show me your other gals!! or show me your "HAI" (canto means pussy), inistead!! Diu Nei!!"

I said somewhere earlier, I was once blacklisted by the agents.

I like to use the word DIU NEI!!.

In fact, there was a really hunk papa (more like a runner for brothels).

Pork Chop? That is funny shit. Come to think of it, I wouldnt be suprised if the girl was named Pork Chop. In the reviews and DB, I have seen much more spontaneous names. I guess the agent runs out of names at some point.

By the way... if I may ask, what ever happened to James Bond? or should I say James Goose Bond That bro just seemed addicted to 007's girls. I did a search, his last report was 5-5-2011. My experience was that he was frustrated I did not know my way round Mong Kok, but money was money, and he came and led me by the hand.  Its easier than haggling w f'in chinamen, I assume

from my experience all the asian papa's brobrosans have been pretty cool.. the only assholes were the ones who handle the russian girls.

as for mamasans, thats a whole differnet story.. almost everyone i have dealt with was a major bitch... it's probably because i cant understand mandarin and they speak horrible canto/english.  i remmeber once this one mamasan was screaming at me at the top of her lungs the room number and of course with her terrible canto + the yelling i had no idea wtf she was saying.  till i just hung up on her, and she texted me the room. haha
