This morning called her and asked her if she wanted to get tested and to my good surprise she said yes, so we went to quality healthcare and got tested (I paid for the test, Im getting good at that).
This is a risky sport. Still on that one, am quite comfortable, since she did everything covered, no anal and agreed right away to gettested (ie no hesitation). The doctor told me that Chinese girls were cleaner than fili or thais (not sure about this statement) and that she was clean with family so she was not a wacko when it comes to sex  She actually a really nice girl (we looked like teenagers in the clinic while everyone was staring at us).

Hoping to get the results tomorrow or after chinese new year. If shes negative then am good (already took the pills for the other MSTs), I am quite comfident but you know the drill, theres this little voice in the back of my head that says "what if".... Kind of scary.

Over the years I've had it ALL happen - including voluntary bareback because both of us were just so just frickn horny.  Have I ever caught anything?  Ummm, yes.  Luckily both times where bacteria-based and easily dealt with via anti-biotics.

I will not make this problem small, but the chance that you're infected is max 1:200000
So relax.
The chances to be negativ are massiv on your side.

Good luck bro, but I'm surprised you're not aware of the time window. If you did get infected with HIV it would only show up 3 months later, so you and her getting tested right after the act doesn't really rule out HIV. It doesn't help rule out the other STDs though. Consider getting tested again in 3 mths time.

Please get your facts sorted out !  the window period is no longer 3 months and can be less then 2 weeks depending on the type of test

Thanks guys for all the support. Well me getting tested is just a way to get her tested too (I know my results wont show anything) but if she's negative, then I cant be infected, its as simple as that. If shes positive, well am in for 3 months of stress... Am pretty sure shes not infected itherwise, if she had a doubt, she'd say no to the test. She had hkid and a kid back in China, doesnt seem like the reckless type (more like a freelance walk in girl).

Oh and a strange thing,  like an idiot, been doing all the forums in Medhelp (where the docs are really good) and never have I seen a guy come back and say he contracted HIV after a condom break (kind of reassuring) and the docs who work at Hiv say they never seen this during their X years of practice nor heard a case from fellow doctors. Looked on the internet and there are no stats on this so they may be wrong. In any case there's still herpes and all, but am from a generation (late 30's) that learned to livr with and fear aids.

And yes you can now pretest after 2 weeks and have a fairly accurate result that may need to be confirmed at a later stage.

Via normal sex the transmission rate of HIV is very low - especially a woman giving it to a man (the other man-to-woman is higher).  Clamdia or ghonerhea, on the other hand ----  very high transmission rate:  25% for men and 50% for women!  Wow!  (This means if a man is infected he has a 50% chance to pass it to his female partner).  Now THAT is high!!).

I guess the condom break rarely transmitting aids means exposure area and contact time does matter a lot. After all, after it breaks, you're likely to stop as soon as you notice it, and when it's broken it'll still cover a good portion of your dick.
Herpes is a bitch. The bacteria as wander says though high transmission rate is dealt with easily.
Scootermonger is right too, so the longer the time a person has had HIV the higher will be his/her viral load, but that's too much detail and something guidelines don't tell you. In theory that makes sense.

Just to be clear, her testing negative is a good sign, but not sure proof you are in the clear. There is a period between a few days to up to 3 months (but more commonly about 4-6 weeks) when someone can be infected, infectious, and still test negative. If she became infected recently, she couldo test out safe and still be dangerous.

That being said, the chances are low - a negative test would be a hopeful sign. And in truth, the general chances of transmission from a single condom break are low. But I would suggest testing again at 3 months to be completely sure if you are really concerned.

This kind of thing happened to me once when mongering about 15 years ago, in Pattaya all places.

I basically freaked out. I frantically scrubbed down the middle third of my body in the shower several times and then went to the Pattaya General hospital emergency room, where they looked me over and  (while smirking and having a quiet laugh at the stupid falang)  told me:

1."nothing appears to be wrong and nothing you can do about it"

2. "Thailand is a safe country and Thai girls are very clean so no risk for you" (Yeah right, I rank this one up there with those classic "truths" :
the check is in the mail, I swear it's only a cold sore, I love you)

3. "come back in three months and get the test"

After holding my breath (and my sperm) for four months, I happened to be in New York on business and got tested there.

i would get retested after a few weeks just to make sure.
the next day may be a little soon to for tests to be most effective?

Okay so all results are negative for her and me (still waiting for herpes but guess she said the truth when she said she was clean). Thanks for the support. Asked the hiv docs in medhelp and he said no need to get re tested, get on with your life. Those guys work in hiv clinics in the states and are really good for advice. Ill follow it as I am now certain she is a normal girl and Im a stupid boy (I knew this already though!).

We looked like teenagers because we were both gigling in the waiting room and tryingto communicate with her poor english and my poor mandarin. So hard to beleive we were a normal couple.

Where can one get a discreet HIV test done? I've never had a cap burst/tear on me, but its good to be prepared right?

In hk there are a few places for this. Quality healthcare is where I went, they have a few places in TST, Central and Admiralty. They are discreet and quite fast. There is also a place called Healthway Medical centres at the pier 3 next to the IfC. Its all quite expensive but wanted a quick result. Otherwise there is a clinic in Wanchai and hospitals.

Just wondering where you got those statistics. And is it 1:200 for all girls or WGs?

How discreet was it? Do they not keep any medical records or require some form of identification from you? Was there any nurse standing by? If you don't mind could you reveal the price? It's like a great choice vs the governmental clinics, where it's totally FREE, but I'm not sure if you have to provide HKID / they keep an electronic record so every time you have to go to hospital later in life the doc would know.
