Aiaya, I know HK doesn't have a DIY culture but you have to know your tools. There are two distinctive tools shown in that report by cute_manager.

The green tool is your dildo drill. I can imagine it will be very painful as it is spins. Watch those rpms or else you will get friction burns.

The red tool is a your dildo reciprocating saw. Unlike the dildo drill which spins along the long axis, the dildo instead will stroke in-and-out like a saw. This tool is much better preferred, I think, as you will not have constant contact between dildo and ur ass. Also I think the speed can be better controlled.
