I have done it and I leave a bag at the Hotel I always stay at with a couple in it.  Some will try it and most won't!  It seems they don't want to get too worked up for what most of the WG's look at as their "work".   A couple suggestions:  always keep the box it came in so they think it is new and they can see you put the batteries in it.  Just like switching condoms between girls, they don't want any other juices touching them.  Make it play time!  If you have two girls, only one is going to use it or you have to have two vibrators.  I am planning on getting one of the remote controlled "eggs" and see if my regular will put it in her panties and go out to dinner or drinks with it in place.  Might be interesting to see what happens when I switch it on.

Depending on what service you go for, if you have direct prior contact with a girl, you can request for them to have it ready. I have done this previously (for the more expensive girls anyway) and most have been obliging to either have a vibe or a dildo ready.
