Kendra Wilkinson is set to become the unwilling star of a new sex tape.
Porn distributors Vivid have obtained the X-rated footage of the former Playboy model and intend to release it by the end of the month.
The DVD will be called Kendra Exposed and all the scenes were shot several years ago before she became famous.
Kendra - who has a four-month-old son, Hank Baskett IV, with her American footballer husband Hank Baskett - is not giving her backing to the tape's release and has reportedly instructed Los Angeles law firm Lavely & Singer to stop the proposed DVD from coming out.
However, Vivid CEO and founder Steve Hirsch is convinced his company has the legal right to bring it out.
He said: "After reviewing our legal position we remain confident of our right to distribute the video. Thus Vivid.Com plans to release Kendra Exposed within the next several weeks."
Vivid has tried to contact Kendra - who was once a live-in girlfriend of Playboy founder Hugh Hefner - about the tape and the company has high hopes it will be a huge success.
Hirsch added: "We believe this could be our all time best-selling celebrity tape."
The legal battle and subsequent fallout will be filmed for the 24-year-old blonde beauty's E! reality TV show Kendra.

Kendra Wilkinson covers OK! this week, "desperately" waging a legal battle to block a porn company from releasing her old sex tape. Kendra reportedly made the tape with an ex-boyfriend when she was 18 and is now worried it will jeopardize her marriage to Hank Baskett.

Now it appears that not only does Kendra have multiple sex tapes, but she tried to sell them herself, Radaronline.com reports.

Documents from 2008 that Radar recently obtained indicate Kendra set up a company called Home Run Productions LLC to shop the XXX footage. There are multiple references to "the tapes," meaning there is more than one. The papers are dated November 2008, after she and Hank publicly announced their engagement, and Home Run Productions LLC was created under Kendra's name that month.

Radar previously reported that Kendra will address the sex tape controversy on her reality show, which could be a ratings boon even if her lawyers are successful in blocking the tape's release.

Vivid Entertainment released a statement that they plan to release the tape by the end of the month.

"We believe this could be our all time best selling celebrity tape," the company's founder told Radar.

Have I been under a rock?  Because I hadn't heard about this Kendra Wilkinson sex tape(s) til now!  I've watched her reality show a few times and didn't care for it, but I think I could really enjoy the sex tape!  Only problem for me is that homevideo is usually just that:  homevideo quality; i.e. crap.

FORMER Playboy model Kendra Wilkinson secretly set up the release of her homemade sex tape and then publicly threatened legal action against the distributors, RadarOnline reported Monday.
RadarOnline claims the U.S. reality star had her former manager Matt Cohen meet with porn company Vivid in 2008 to discuss the release of the tape that featured the model aged 18, with her then boyfriend.
Celebrity sex tape broker Kevin Blatt spoke to the website.
"Back in June of 2008, a guy who said he was Kendra's manager, Matt Cohen, came up to me and said that she had a sex tape and was willing to sign off on it," he said.
"I deal with a lot of unsavory people in my industry and for someone to approach me and say Kendra has a tape and is willing to sign off on it while she was living at the mansion, I thought, 'No way is this true.' But in this case it was."
He alleged the encounter took place in Las Vegas at the Hard Rock Hotel during the AVN awards show for the porn industry.
Wilkinson, who is married to NFL Philadelphia Eagles player Hank Baskett, then asked her lawyer Yael E. Holtkamp to publicly appear to fight the release of the tape, claimed RadarOnline.
Wilkinson has refused to address the website’s claims.
