Where to buy the boat tickets to go to Macau?

If want return macau boat tickets + sauna package where to buy this? And what does it offer? Is it more cheaper to buy this package?

Have some agency there that sell sauna package.
Package usually offer:
round trip
FS
1/2 lounge service (like foot massage, head massage, etc...)

If you look in macau section have many thread explain how and where (with pics) buy a package.
