   I've been researching HK for 6 months.  It's not been exactly clear, and not speaking Chinese makes it more challenging. Otherwise I would not ask.  Now in Beijing
   It was pretty clear. After searching a site I found a few agents. After testing different agents over 3-4 months  I found a great one,  and I am back to my regular  two times a week.  Its a little more pricy ( 3000 RMB  )  but the girls are young and worth it.

You are looking for outcall, that's primarily the freelancers. Vast majority of them are visiting and stay just a few weeks. You see why we don't really have a hall of fame. Your best bet here is to head to a wanchai pub for a pickup. Not as easy as room service, but that's just how things are.

You could try the agents for HGs at 141 site since the HGs typically do outcall for 3x incall prices as Mister mentioned. But they are famous for b&s or maynot agree to outcall with someone they have no relationship with.

but ... the popular girls may be just too popular for out call so you may need to call a few more
but ... most HGs don't stay in HK for too long - usually 1 week and less then 2 weeks so don't chose anyone until you're here

Okay, so a few things to understand is that HK is quite transient with women. HGs are usually only in town for 1-2 weeks at most, so planning to see a popular hottie 1 month out, just isn't feasible. Similar situation with freelancers on other mainline personal sites- some stay longer, but some don't and usually the photos aren't them and they are more expensive. Thus, not many reports on them.

The Chinese side probably has more intel, but language is always an issue and in the past there were problems with fake reports from the agents or some kinds of paid reporter.

I could give you a few names of girls that I like and that are general well-reviewed, but none of them are particularly hot, young things. And some of them have limited days/hours so it can be tricky coordinating with them.

The problem is we have too many newbies or non-contributors that ask for contacts/wechats and stuff like that without really contributing and following the guidelines. Too many freeloaders.

Honey Girl is basically code for a Hotel Girl. An agent will bring in an assortment of girls from Mainland, Korea, Russia or SE Asia. Those girls can stay for a certain amount of time based on visa, etc., which is usually a week or so. Theoretically, they are a bit younger, prettier, more desirable than most on the site, but that's not always the case. The girls under Exotic are the same, but they are the ones from Korea, Russia, Thailand & Japan only- not PRC.

The Honey Girls or HGs can be a good choice depending on what you are looking for. If I see one I like, I try to see if she has a video, which is a bit more difficult to alter. This way you can see if the photos are heavily altered. I also will see if there are any reports on her. If there are good ones, I will give her a try. If not, might still give her a try.

As far as a Top 5, because each guy is different, it's hard to set that, however, I would say a few years back, there were a handful of WGs that would have been considered kind of a top 5- meaning very popular with clients and offering above average service (but usually very good) and above average looks (to very hot). Back when SKM in WC was running, you had Kiki and several others that would qualify for this. Later, I would have put Gigi from King Hing in this group. Were these 2 examples every guy's cup of tea? No, but the ticked enough boxes for a large number of guys. Sadly, it's really hard to pinpoint someone like that now. Yoyo in JLM TST, is kinda like that, but she only works like half the month. Quite a few guys like Dai S, but I've never tried her and she does get mixed reviews, so YMMV. YY or Dreamy in Jordan is a known for a good BJ and has big tits. To you question about researching before.
