East

Caps vs. Buffalo
Pens vs. Habs (although the series with the Bruins could go either way)

West

Canucks vs "who cares"  Ducks/Preds
Wings  vs  Sharks


This is the easy stuff. But where to go from here?

Caps vs Buffalo should - I don't like to say it though - go to the Caps.
The Pens and Habs have a score to settle. Yet the Pens are having a pooooor PP so far and keep what they have been doing since they lost Malkin and Crosby. Playing team hockey - no super star lines but solid performances. So is it good enough to kick out the Habs, I do hope so.

The West
Canucks make it to the Western Conference final. For known reasons I hope it's not the Wings but yet can one ignore a first round sweep? San Jose might be a different opponent compared to the Yotes but in the end the Wings have the better Roster.

So keep on watching, cheering, swearing - Hockey is still the coolest Game!

I think the hawks are really going to give it to the canucks... after the two solid wins (7-2 and 5-0) I feel the canucks are rather shaken and with the experience the hawks have they might even take the series.

I need the bruins to pull through though! I cannot lose my pool!!

While I thought Philly and Buffalo could go there, never thought Vancouver and Chicago would actually make it this far.

all i have to say is that redwings will get some good rest for their next series. but then this could be a bad thing as i have seen in sports where rest isn't all that important but the wings do have some players that are banged up.

i think the blackhawks have taken a great attitude towards the canucks. historically the hawks have had success against the canucks in the playoffs and they are the defending champions. i hope the hawks can win the game 7 cause if they do meet detroit in the western finals i think the redwings can match up well against them.

i am in shock of the la kings. in game 3 they were up 4 to nothing in that game and then lost in ot to the sharks and that was a back breaker. they could have taken a commanding lead on the sharks and now they are down 3 to 2. i fear the sharks cause the redwings have had problems with them in the playoffs.

for the predators this is an interesting time for them because they have never made it to the second round. will they be a one hit wonder or can they advance. i'm not good at predicting hockey so i guess i will just sit and wait.

the east i think is interesting as all the series are headed towards game 7's as it seems. the caps are the first to win their series but i think the pens are the scary team of the east. i just hope that they don't make it to the finals. sorry homer i hate the pens

I have a real strong feeling the canucks would choke this one... the hawks just have more experience in the playoffs and have more momentum right now. Toews can make magic happen...
