They aren't really looking at the John's so much as they are trying to find women who might be working under duress. The angle of this story was CNN's Freedom project that is centered on human trafficking - mostly of the under age. But yes, still enough of a reason to keep your guard up. Since CL cut its Adult Services section, it looks like even the cops are surfing Backpage.
