I am currently traveling for work in a mid-sized U.S. city and trying to forget some terrible experiences I had in Japan. Not a lot of K-orgs here, but was able to easily set up with one for a meeting about 4 hours later. There is an ATM in my hotel, so I go to withdraw the money and only am able to pull out half. After that, there seems to be some kind of fraud protection that prevents me from pulling out the other half. "OK, no problem," I think. I'll just respond to the fraud alert text and try again after some work meetings.

30 minutes before I have to go, I return to the ATM. Still not working. I call the fraud alert automated line to confirm it's me and try again. Still not working. I call the service line, they tell me I needed to add a travel advisory and to wait 5 minutes (I had been using the card to buy other things in this city and abroad in the last two weeks, so I think this is a stupid excuse [also when do you put an advisory for another U.S. state, I didn't even put one for Japan and it was fine!], but sure I'll wait 5 minutes). I wait 5 minutes and still doesn't work. I call again and am on hold for 30 minutes while the other person asks me stupid questions and then tells me that the ATM I am using is not compatible (I just pulled out half, so what do you mean it isn't). I go to a few other ATMs, but they are all in closed buildings, so no luck.

During this time, I am talking to the booker and they are naturally pissed at me, accusing me of bailing on them. I am worried about being blackmailed or have rumors spread about me to other K-orgs. I also feel really bad cheating a girl out of time she could have used for another appointment, so I sheepishly ask me coworker to spot me the other half so I can just pay the girl. By the time I get to the location, there is only 5 minutes left in appointment. I think the girl was still offering me service, but I don't know for how long and I have more work meetings soon so I just tell her I have no time and leave.

Anyway, I am just seething with anger right now. I'm mad at myself for not being better prepared and I'm mad at my bank for completely failing me, especially since they usually solve my issues in 5 minutes. I only budget enough money to see one K-girl a month, so there goes this month...

Oh well, expensive lesson learned. Have the money ready in cash before even making the appointment. I just needed to vent, since I don't have anyone to tell this to in real life lol.

I mean it’s done, I probably wouldn’t have paid. Sometimes shit happens, so I get the booker getting angry but I’m guessing you went through a screening process so not like you tried to scam them. I guess if you’re real scared of being blacklisted, but KAAMP’s aren’t trying to expose themselves by blackmailing.

You don’t have another card to pull money from, even cash advance from a credit card? Do the cash advance and then just pay it off ASAP as interest on those are high. Myself, due to traveling, I have 2 bank/debit cards, along with couple Visas and Amex, so that I always have a backup just in case. Between all my cards feel that I’m safe to get money or make payment somehow.

Another option was to contact booker when you got money and ask to reschedule for your time saying you figured it out.

This is the kinda fuck up that makes me anxious just thinking about it. Closest I've come to something like this was going over the time I paid for because I couldn't cum and having to quickly figure out a way to get more money while the agent was yelling at me (a friend who came with me to the brothel thankfully spotted me).

I probably would've panicked and paid out of guilt too but that's why I always make sure to have the exact amount of money + some extra in case of tipping/going over the time before I pull the trigger on the arrangement.

Sucks that this happened to you but if anything, it's a learning experience.

If I were in your shoes, I probably would’ve tried to hit up a nearby bank branch or even a grocery store for cash-back earlier in the day to avoid the ATM hassle. Sucks that the booker got mad, but I’d say you dodged a bullet not pushing through with only 5 minutes left.
