Health/Endurance Question

Since a recent poll indicated that the largest age group here are young'uns (20-30) like me, I have some questions. I'm going to be in Angeles for 20 days, and want to bang as many times as possible. From my experience mongering in Hong Kong, I know that after doing it every day for more than 9 days straight with 1.5 sessions on average, my endurance/hardness can start wearing out. I am a pretty healthy guy, but I was wondering if any health nuts here could give me some tips as to how to enhance my ability to fuck over extended period of times without reaching the point of "overdoing" it. I exercise regularly (long distance running) and am wondering if any dietary practices (I don't consider Viagara a dietary practice) are recommended for maximizing #fucks/20 days.

Celery, eggs, zinc supplements.

There might be other things that help your performance but you can find studies on the internet that link egg consumption to testosterone levels, the celery tends to increase load volume and the same with zinc.

Also the usual kind of supplements, B vitamins and Caffeine will give you a visible energy boost but taking them too often is not so great.

Interesting on several accounts.  I didn't realise the average age here was 20-30.  That certainly explains a lot.  

As for the endurance issue. I wonder if it's not psychological rather than physiological.  I'm fat and in my 40s. I have no endurance problems.  Can fuck twice a day for an indefinite period of time. Have done it for months on end. Sometimes three times.

I wonder if after a few days, the routine and the girls aren't a bit tired for you and therefore no longer sufficiently arousing.  Perhaps change up the environments. Maybe a massage fuck and then a bar girl, then a civvie.  

Just a thought.

Everyone's different, but I've found that these long, extended vacation sessions can be a let down because ... it gets old after a while. Call it "too much of a good thing" if you like. The analogy would be to attending a wedding every day for a week. After about the 3rd day, all that great food just doesn't look appetizing any more.

So, maybe try to pace yourself. A marathon should be treated differently from a sprint.
