Now, the company operates East Spa and a new East Castle (Casa Real). However, Sanado is not relocated to East Castle. East Castle is a completely different brand as summarized by Newguyici. (2) If you prefer the style of Sanado, you can target for East Spa which provides games and queen's shower etc. (no such stuff in East Castle). Of course, more expensive than Sanado three years ago. Regarding the gals, as both spas are operated by the same company, East Castle has the right to choose the gals first.
