Are you doing research to get into the trade?  all these numbers are relevent to the amount of customers on any given day

I can't really say for HK, but I do have a pretty clear idea for Shanghai sauna girls. The 'successful' ones (and by this, I mean the ones who hit their bare minimum quota and don't end up getting fired) range from:

Minimum (just from quota alone): ~12k RMB/month
Average (assuming servicing 4/day): ~24k RMB/month
Red Tags (5-7 customers/day): ~36k RMB/month

Of the WG's I've asked (and have answered me honestly) they average about 20k a month.

Assumptions:
- WG split is around 300 RMB per customer
- Underestimate of 20 working days a month (10 days off for periods/rest days)

Hong Kong - and indeed most parts of Asia - has a wide variety/qulaity/type of WG's and different ways/means/establishments from which/on how they conduct their "trade."  So what kind of gal are you talking about.

But even before we talk about Hong Kong or any other place - how about YOU giving us a run-down on the Australian scene?

Please edify us with what you know about sex profits in Australia - and we would then know that you DO have the bona-fides to bring this subject up about Hong Kong - Whaddya think??

I've seen one organization (three apartments) take in over $100K in house fees in a month; the better known K-gals in LA, OC and SJC net about USD 1k/day. It used to be higher (1500/day) when the economy was better 4-5 years ago.

Some interesting numbers already popping up in this thread. It seems those avg shanghai girls get per week what the same WG would get working 1 day in Australia. The reason I got thinking is that I have noticed a recent influx of working girls, on the most common adverstising adult websites we have here, and I thought, sure these WGs will earn more but once you take into account travel/visa/accomodation costs then surely the profit would not be justified. However, I guess it all depends on how efficient the management is in organsing and providing for their WGs.

I wonder if this influx is anything to do with the Rugby World Cup coming to the pacific part of the world! You bet it is, that should be a ripper! I tell you what, WGs are expected to charge 3-4 times (yes THREE TO FOUR) more during this period than normal. Some agencies here already advertised this and have started campaigns to prove if you are a regular customer you get some voucher so that you are not charged world cup rates and you will be charged regular rates, though not all places are being so generous. In fact, not just wgs but all services, you try book a hotel during that time and its like 5000% inflation.

This has got to be the oldest and lamest op on the board.

It crops up at least once a month and to be honest all answers are pure speculation unless the respondee actually runs a business providing girls.

Why some bro's are so fascinated with the profits behind the scenes is beyond me.

How about that local bar, how much are they paying their staff, rent etc?

I find these things interesting.
