Okay Bros! So I was so curious that I just had to do more digging.

I made an international call to one of the contacts in Hong Kong. unfortunately, i didn't get a clear answer as his english was very limited.

however, from what I learned NL buddies exist in Mainland China, HK, Thailand, etc. As for the NL buddies in HK (i don't know about the rest) they are available for karaoke.
