Is setting up a 3some by definition illegal in HK?  And if so, does it matter?

If you put it that way, HGs are not legal in the first place. They're working on a tourist visa in HK and that in itself is illegal.

Yes, illegal. For 141 walk-ups, having more than one WG in an apartment classes the joint as a brothel business.
For hotel reservation girls, they're all illegal anyway since they're working on tourist visas.

I am still curious, has anyone any experience in setting up a threesome with HGs or otherwise?  How did you go about this?  Girls working for/with the same agent seem a likely possibility, but has anyone actually set something like that up?

If at a sauna, brothel, or other venue with a management, just ask. For walk-ups, usually it's the girl who suggests, but you can ask and see if she has a friend! For HGs, just arrange with the agent. I've done Hong Kong HGs only twice, and the first time was a 3P.

I do it all the time. Your relationship with the agent has something to do with setting it up. Seriously, as mentioned about most of the HGs are already illegal so they are not concerned about the 3P issue. Besides, who is going to know if there are two girls in your hotel room anyway.

When I do it, I normally do outcall, instead of going to the girls room (but usually get a room in the same hotel where the girls are staying so they don't have to walk down the street). The agent often makes you pay double the advertised rate for outcall and some of them make you pay yet again for 3P. O.o

If you are just after two girls to massage you and take turns fucking you one after another is easy.

The real tough part is to find WGs that are local and really bisexual. Meaning that they will play with each other in addition to playing with you. Once you've had enough straight 3Ps, this becomes the allure.

Girls faking interest in other girls seems even more obvious than when a WG fakes moaning. There is no passion, it's mechanical and they tend to have a 'get it over with attitude'.

The times I've had 3Ps with girls that were really bisexual it was a truly a sight to be seen.. alas that has only happened to me a few times. I went to a walkup today where the front door opened to a hall (actually looked like they had put a door in the pre-existing hall) with several rooms off the hall. All the girls and a mama was waiting for me in the hall - I picked my girl and went into the standard small 141 room. I guess by your definition, this place was illegal. Shit!

Yeah, there those too. They push the law on the one apartment one girl thing... But you know what, the likelihood is that the young girls there are just the same as HGs in that they are not HK residents and are over on tourist visas. The difference to HGs is the price and the setting.
