After making several appearances in tiny skirts without panties, Colombian Miss Universe contestant, Catalina Robayo has been told she must wear underwear during the contest. “Colombia had to be spoken to and told she needed to wear underpants as what she was doing was totally inappropriate,” a source said in an NBC Miami report. “People have been pretty upset by it; there have been photos and media appearances where she has completely had her crotch out.” Miss Universe President Paula Shugart told NBC Miami that all of the contestants had already been told to dress appropriately, but Robayo’s appearances had slipped through their radar.
