World Record: 1,100 pounds of force kick to the balls

A martial arts black belt takes a kick to the balls from a MMA fighter. Apparently he has been kicked in the balls so much in the last 5 years that they have toughened and basically stopped sending pain signals to his brain.

That's "just straight up nuts" "I know the average guy would be... on his deathbed"  lol and who the heck volunteers to be shot by a tennis ball like that too?!?

Great video, but I didn't notice them mentioning if he can still get it up?

I watched the Shaolin monks perform this when they were in town. I was shuddering just watching it.

How could anyone ever want to subject himself to getting kicked in the nuts in order to "strengthen" them?  As soon as I'm keeled over on the floor, I would just say "not worth it"!

It's part of their training. In Part 1 of this, it is explained that they train to strengthen the normal body weak spots and he also takes a shot to his neck. I guess it is worth it for them, but I can't even imagine having to go through all the five years of pain just to get to this point.

I wonder if this is still true when he unexpectedly gets hit in the balls, when the muscles are just not contracted or prepared to receive a blow. I'm guessing not, but I won't be standing in line to try.

First time I see this one. I saw another one a while back of a Shaolin monk taking kicks to his balls, but that one was related to standing on one finger. Do you know if Sam Sook gung uses the same principles?
