KL suggestions?

I read the compilation at this link for intel on KL.  The info seems to be mostly from 2009.  Since I am not allowed to PM brother Hunter, I thought I'd post an open request for info on KL.

At this point, I am thinking of chilling at a spa like E2 or Saboon (run by the same comnpany).  Prices seem reasonable compared to Macau.

Hunter's posts refers to "nests" where escorts hang out before they are called up.  Any pointers to where I can find these nests?

Any other suggestions?  Thanks in advance.
