Standard walk up is one shot. So before you walk in you negotiate it. Girl will say price with which you should respond, "how about for two times" ? Some won't offer it, some will double the price, others will give the second shot at a discount. It's ok to be upfront with the girl, she's probably seen/heard it all anyway.

Buffet sex (37D or KP) is multiple.  (awesome deal at these places)
Macau sauna is multiple with permission but I've seen them charge some bros on this forum... not me though   
Taking a pro or semi-pro for an overnight is multiple shots.
Standard massage joint is usually HJ one shot.
Never done a HG so won't comment on that one.  I assume negotiable for a fee.

Agree with CAMSTUCKY that you should tell the girl upfront what you want so no surprises later.  There is almost always a way to negotiate!

The only trouble comes up when you had planned for nice long sex and one shot only. But fuck, the girl was too hot and you came early 5 mins into the game, that's when you have to negotiate afterwards.

I think if you pay for an hour you should have sex for the hour, otherwise what are you going to do with the other 58mins?

Remember that the WG are in it to make money, so its unlikely they'll be unwilling to negotiate, as long as you don't take up too much of their time.

But definately make sure they're aware beforehand, so they can do what they can to slow down the experience for you. They are pros after all!

Agree with #2 sasa's post.

Even you accidentally finished the shot quickly, you can still ask for another shot with a better price.  Sometimes girls are willing to provide you one more shot for free if you got your shot done early and able to recharge quick. Don't hesitate to ask, you may get a surprise response.

Head to Wanchai a few beers and getting comfortable with the girl before you take her home should calm you down a bit, then once you are back in the hotel most girls are fine with you going for it as many times as you like

The problem with asking up front is that I am afraid they will charge me for an expensive price. If the price is 2x I feel it isn't worth it. If the girl is within my tastes, I am very happy to go for round 2 almost right after the first. But then again a lot of them are expensive, especially if u 2x.

Are you sure about this? Most people have told me masterbaiting helps train your stamina and there are various masterbaiting "toys" that claim to do so.Doesn't it make you get more used to the feel?

Just to clarify - at most KTV's in China, the "rates" are 3 numbers i.e. 2-5-8 meaning its 200 to sit with you at the KTV, 500 to sit with you and ONE shot whist the 800 is the rate for sitting with you PLUS overnight.

And about overnight yes, it CAN mean multiple shots but still all depends on her's and your chemistry etc as she CAN insist that its only for 2 shots.
