Got the feeling the suit was a little overkill and did attract higher prices but just a feeling, am surely paranoid. I always try and dress nicely (clean jeans and a shirt) as, as some mentioned before, they arehuman and like well dressed people instead of a guy in flip flop and shorts.  If they have to choose, am sure they eould take the properly dressed one (may also assume that theyshould think that if ur properly dressed you have better hygiene, but sometimes am not sure all think about tjis! ).

I find that now matter where I am personal hygiene is more important that what you wear, as long as the clothes are clean  Having last night's supper or tonight's drinks on your shirt DO NOT score points.  Hair in shape, long or short.  Facial hair neat, shaved recently and without nicking yourself.  For those of us older gents,  that includes the ears and nose.  Clean hands and kept the nails trimmed and clean.  A recent shower and some deodorant won't hurt.  Clean teeth and use of mouth wash also are important.  God I sound like your mom, maybe she was trying to help you get laid!

Being comfortable is the key to me.  This means to me not only clothes that feel comfortable to wear (1st priority), but also clothes that make you feel comfortable in the environment that you are in( 2nd priority). Sooo, if you are going clubbing to pick up a WG, wear clubbing clothes.   Hotel girls, appropriate attire the the streets and lobby of hotel.
