Issue is  I'm paranoid about STDs since I have an SO and because it seems par for the course, based on what I'm reading here, that people are engaging in some very high risk behavior with Asian WG's, such as DATY and BBJ's and rimming.

If I was single, I wouldn't worry so much, but I have a lot to lose.

At any rate, I'd also like to get to know the girl a bit and have some fun instead of going direct to the Hotel Room to do the deed.


My plan is this:

1. Go to a WG bar...  Can anyone recommend a non-smoking bar?

2. Find someone who can speak English, probably a Filipino although I prefer Chinese.

3. Tell her I'll take her all night, but I want her to get an STD check first.

4. Then we can hit a movie or something before heading back to my room for a reverse side-by-side BBJTC with some anal fisting on the side.


So questions are:

1. What time do the STD clinics close?

2. How quickly can you get the results back?  Obviously some items will take time like maybe HIV, but the stuff like crabs and warts, etc., I'm sure could be spotted right away.

3. Are any Bar girls usually available around 9pm?

4. How can I politely broach the subject that I want to take her to an STD clinic first for a quick checkup without offending her?

Y'know, I wasn't following your train of thought until you brought it all together with the "anal fisting" and it suddenly made sense.

A lot of guys here will point out that you can't get anything fatal from BBBJ and DATY.  As you note, you can get crabs (not a problem if she shaves her pussy bald ) and of course you can get herpes.  Herpes will most often manifest visually, but there is a very slight period before a person breaks out where they can be infectious but not showing lesions.  It's a narrow window, but still it's there.

HIV you can do a 20 minute gum swab test at home for.

Your biggest problem these days is HPV.  While it's not fatal, doesn't cause sores like herpes (but there are a couple varieties that cause warts) the biggest problem for you is that they show up on a girl's pap test.  There are 6 strains (out of nearly 200) of HPV that are implicated in cervical cancer.  It's not that they cause cervical cancer by themselves,but that they have to be present for cervical cancer to start.  So, you run a very small health risk for your girlfriend but a very high risk of getting caught.  HPV is by far the most common STD, it always clears by itself in 9 months or so,and it almost never causes any symptoms, but it does show up on a pap test.  So if she's HPV negative and then shows up at her GYN with HPV at her next visit, you're screwed.

It used to be that all the researchers thought that HPV was not orally transmitted, now however some researchers are saying that they're not so sure and that maybe you can get it from a BBBJ.

Me, I loves me BBBJTCIMWSandG and I'm not giving it up.  You decide for yourself what your risk profile is, but if you want a girl to go to a clinic with you, I'd suggest you offer to get tested as well just to make things even steven.

Back to the issue at hand, STD tests have always taken a day or two to get back for me and they also need urine from first thing in the morning for one of them so your plan, while good in theory, is probably totally fucked up. Maybe you could be bring a torch and magnifying glass and have a good peer around before you get busy with the girl. "Excuse me, I am your local pussy inspector, just pop up onto the bar here and drop your panties for me please". You could also carry a little stamp that reads "Approved for safe fucking" and pop it onto each one you check!! I'd pay money to watch that.

Dogthom, I think you are wishing for something that is only in the realm of science fiction at this point.  We just don't have a simple way to test for known STDs and HIV within such a short period of time.   I know that isn't what you are hoping for, but it is sort of the reality.  

Further, you have to remember that things like HIV often have a long period between infection and detectability by most commercial tests.   Someone could be infected, could infect you, and yet both of you would pass an HIV test given the same day.  

Simply put, there is no 100% safe way to play.

As The Butler mentioned, there are more and less risky acts that you can do.  Certain things make it easy to transmit HIV, like anal sex, which for the most part opens micro abrasions on both your cock and her anus allows for a "blood to blood" transmission route.  DATY when you have an open sore on or around your mouth, tongue, etc (say you got a shaving cut on your upper lip, bit your tongue, or recently had a tooth removed) can also make this somewhat easier.

There are things you can look for in a girl that can help you decide what you want to do with her.  Is she clean overall?  Does she have a cold sore or a "healed" cold sore on her lips?  Does she have a clean mouth (reasonably clean teeth, even if not white or perfect), or does she have bad breath?   Is her body relatively clean looking?  Does her little sister appear clean and smell good?   Are there any visible sores, large pimples, or visible scarring from the same around her little sister?  All of those sorts of things can tell you what you are getting into.

Does she offer FS without a condom?  Does she do anal without a condom?  You may not find this out until you are part way through the deal, but if she is willing to hump your cock without a cover, she has likely done it with many other guys in the same manner.   Your risk factors go up when you deal with a girl who is willing to do risky things for money or the hell of it.

To be fair to the WGs, most of them are clean, tend to want to stay clean, and offer relatively safe services all around.  Many of them are mouthwash guzzlers, they keep their mouths as clean as possible, they wash their lil sis before and after every act, and only allow condom sex.   Those girls are no more and more less of a risk really than your standard shopping mall pickup.

What most people don't realize that is much of the STD problem isn't with WGs, but rather with your SO fucking that naughty guy at the office bareback in the back of the deliverytruck on the way home from work.  Casual sexual encounters are much risker because the people involved are often not thinking straight, aren't selective, and often are not particularly safe in what they are doing.   You (or your SO) are much more likely to bring home an STD from a bar fling on a wild night out than you will on a standard punt with a condom.
