too good to be true?

when a listing says 'phone appointment' what does it mean exactly? is it like a hotel reservation or outcall? and i also noticed many phone appointment girls have their face available and are fairly cheap. check this girl out...too good to be true?

Flat/motel

I have had a few PE and MK by appt gals over the past two years and some have been great, like Man man in the photo here. They were in private flats or guest houses.
Man Man started off in a hotel room in Jordan at $600 and then moved to phone appointment in PE at $350 and when I went back for seconds she was in a flat in Portland
Street. It was not as nice as a hotel room, but much cleaner and better than most 141 walkup rooms. It was totally private and no sign on the door or other 141 rooms or
red lights. It was a small private flat with nobody else there. It had a small sitting room with a small sofa, a bathroom and a bedroom.
I didn't like the guest house too much because I had to check in and show my ID card and then wait for the girl to arrive as a visitor.
