I have been going to the 141 places all over NT and KLN since last year, but I don't see any Caucasian girls
Does anyone know the best place to get them? What part of HK has the most?

In Mong Kok, TST there are shops that have Russians.  

In Mong Kok around Shanghai Street and streets around it, there are many shops that advertised girls from different places.  Some are yellow signs. The signs are usually in Chinese but sometimes in both English and Chinese.  I found out if you go to one shop and then don't like what you see, and go to a different shop 2 blocks away, most of the time there are the same girls.

You will see something like this on a sign :

I was in Mong Kok all day today. After I finished with my business, I went to alot of parlors asking if they had any Caucasian girls, they said they used to have them, but didn't anymore.

One of the parlors that I went into was advertising Russian girls (sign in yellow outside the entrance), I was really excited as I never had one before. But when I went upstairs, they told me to come back another day if I wanted Caucasian WG as they couldn't get any WG today.

Another place, I assume the same company as the one above (outside had the same pink light logos) - they told me they have a Caucasian for $1600 for 45mins; they would have to call her in from another part of Mong Kok, but I declined as the price was a little high for me.

Other parlors told me the demand for Caucasian girls are not that high, and customers were not willing to pay huge amounts of money for a short time with the WG.
Lastly, I went to Shanghai street, one place told me to wait inside one of the rooms while they phoned around the area for a Caucasian WG, but they said only place I can find them is in a bar.

Like I mentioned in my other post, it is better to go to Macau for Caucasian girls especially for 1600 now.

I went into these shops twice with my friends asking about Caucasian girls. About 7-8 showed up. Three were OK and doable. Most of them had white bleach hair over their natural black hair. They claimed one girl was from Holland. She spoke pretty good English. The others were Russian. This was over 10 years ago and the price was around 1000HKD.  The economy was much better then.

These places are pretty run down, up on either the second or third floor. We left since we were just looking. We then walked about 2 blocks to a different shop and 3 blocks to another shop. Each time we saw the same girls. What is weird, the prices were different for each place.

The second time about 5 years later, the Caucasians girls were all ugly. My other friend said 2 were OK. We quickly left the area.

Those MK shops are useless for that type of thing, as they only want to entice you, before offering you something else, eg Thai or Mainland Chinese.  

If you are really keen for Russian, go to Hari's Bar in TST or Escape in Wanchai, find a girl, negotiate the price, and take her to a love motel, which are roughly $120-150 per hour.

Average price in Macau is around 1400 to 1500 HKD. The average time 50 to 60 minutes. Overnight is possible for some places. They are in the saunas now.  Now that it's 1600 in HK, it would be a better deal in Macau.

A few years ago, you find Caucasians SW in Macau for $1000HKD. I have NOT seen Caucasians SW in last few years. The saunas didn't like SW and were constantly complaining about them taking business. I would guess is the main reason for lack of Caucasian SW in Macau.
